Shipping & Returns

  • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above 1500 taka.

  • For orders under 1500 taka, a flat rate of 80 taka inside Dhaka and 120 taka outside Dhaka is charged.

  • We are taking all safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to deliver your order to you within 7 working days. Due to Covid movement restrictions, your order delivery might get delayed. Please be assured that your order will surely reach you. Kindly bear with us. Any inconvenience is regretted.

  • Orders are processed from our warehouse in Bangla Bazar.

  • We ship via PATHAO , COD payment at the moment.

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout. Please provide a valid mobile number and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help ensure smooth delivery of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis for damaged, missing and incorrect order items only. Kindly send us a mail with your order number, images and description of the items at agameeoffice@gmail.com within 15 days of order  delivery.

Exchange of items is only approved in case of damaged and incorrect order items reported within 5 days of order delivery. The return and shipping costs of exchange will be borne by us.
